What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, filters, chemical feeders, UV/ozone systems, automation controllers, heaters, boilers, and splash‐pad equipment.
- Perform heater PMs, plumbing/electrical repairs, and emergency diagnostics for HOAs, resorts, fitness centers, and municipal pools.
- Acid washes, pulling lights, Heater PMs, timers, photo cells, signage, plumbing, sand changes, gaskets, pump motors, Commercial Pool start ups
- Leak repairs, new skimmers, new AWL, marjor crack repair
- Own each job from start to finish—if a fix is unfamiliar, you research, learn, and deliver the solution.
What We Need
- 2 years’ professional experience in commercial or high‐end residential pool service & repair (required).
- Working knowledge of major brands: Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, BECSys, CAT, Lochinvar, Raypak, Rola Chem etc.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, work outdoors year‐round, and handle pool related plumbing/electrical tasks safely.
- Clean driving record, strong work ethic, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a tidy truck and tool kit.
- Self‐starter mentality—minimal supervision, maximum accountability.
