Position Overview:
As our Part-Time Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives forward. The position is very fluid and can grow as large as you're willing to make it. The main objective is continuing our Lunch & Learn Health Talk campaign around local businesses & participating in local events via Screening Booths. Once outreach has been mastered the position can flourish into social media engagement, event planning, charity coordination, and content creation. You will be the go-to person for ensuring our brand message reaches and resonates with our audience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Continue developing and executing our Lunch & Learn marketing campaign
- Participate in local events around Whatcom County in the form of pop-up booths
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and interact with followers
- Assist in planning and executing in-office and external marketing events and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and basic design tools.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized.
- Previous marketing experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important!

Compensation:
The position is what you make it! Expect to work a minimum of 3 hours per week or as much as 25 hours per week. This position is largely commission oriented. Hourly pay is $17.13/ hr. Most of the responsibilities center around Lunch & Learn Health Talks and weekend promotional events (roughly 1 or 2 weekends per month). The goal of Health Talks and promotional booth events is to schedule new patients. Every new patient who shows up to their first visit is a $40 bonus to you!
