JOB TITLE: Assistant Archery Coach

JOB SUMMARY
An Assistant Archery Coach is responsible for the supervision of club participants, providing a safe and fun learning environment, and serving as a positive role model.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, plan, and lead archery activities.
- Teach basic archery skills to club members.
- Assist Archery Coach with ensuring safety of participants.
- Assist with enforcing all rules and procedures.
- Set up and take down all equipment before and after club activities.
- Maintain a fun and competitive environment.
- Maintain and safeguard the archery equipment.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Must be 21 year of age or older.
- Must be a certified Level I Basic Archery Instructor through NASP.
- Previous archery experience.
- Experience working with students.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud and can vary in temperature. The nature of this position is fast-paced and may occasionally be thought of as stressful. Through interaction with the public and other district employees, the employee may encounter different scents.
