Dermatology Medical Assistant (MA) – Full-Time Opportunity
Locations: Chandler & Maricopa, AZ
Compensation: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE) Generous Profit Sharing

Position Summary
Desert Oasis Dermatology is seeking a professional, highly skilled Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. We are a high-volume, modern practice that rewards efficiency and expertise through a unique profit-sharing model. The ideal candidate is a "ModMed Power User" who is equally comfortable in the exam room and managing the front-end patient flow.
Schedule & Travel Requirements
This position requires a reliable individual willing to travel between our two locations:
- Mon/Tue/Thu (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM): 2860 S Alma School Rd, Suite #33, Chandler, AZ 85286
- Wed/Fri (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM): 21300 N John Wayne Pkwy, STE 108, Maricopa, AZ 85139
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Dermatology Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of recent, direct experience as a Medical Assistant in a Dermatology practice.
- ModMed Mastery: Demonstrated expertise and fluency in BOTH aspects of the Modernizing Medicine platform:
- EMA EMR: Proficient in clinical charting, pathology input, and procedural documentation.
- Practice Management (PM): Fluency in scheduling, patient registration, and front-office workflows.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a high standard of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Note to Applicants: Please adhere strictly to the minimum experience requirement. Applications lacking at least one (1) year of specific dermatology MA experience and ModMed proficiency will not be considered.
