What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Cutter position at Desert Oak Barbecue?
A meat cutter/carver is responsible to carving up meat to order as part of our expo line, they will process customer orders in real time, maintain a clean workspace and follow health and safety guidelines. Previous experience is preferred, but there is onsite training available to those willing to learn the trade.
