JOB DETAILS Responsibilities: Coordinate banquet event set-up, breakdown, equipment pulls, storage, and room configurations according to BEO specifications Communicate daily with Chefs and department leaders regarding Club activities, event details, and operational needs Oversee inventory, organization, cleanliness, and security of banquet and stewarding equipment Safely transport and set up tables, chairs, staging, buffets, and other banquet equipment using proper procedures and equipment Supervise stewarding and banquet set-up teammates, including assigning duties, directing workflow, training, and maintaining departmental standards Ensure service areas, workstations, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, sanitary, and operating properly Assist with scheduling, labor management, inspections, inventory control, Paycom processes, and operational improvements Report maintenance issues and follow up as necessary Promote a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering exceptional Member service and upholding Desert Mountain standards Partner with Talent & Culture regarding coaching, teammate development, and disciplinary matters when necessary.
