Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Indio, CA. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support. In this role, you will monitor residents’ health, document changes, assist with medical procedures, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patients' comfort and well-being. The CNA will also help maintain a safe and sanitized environment while building compassionate relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in assisting with daily living activities, including mobility, bathing, and feeding
- Ability to monitor and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional conditions
- Skills in communication and collaboration with both residents and healthcare team members
- Knowledge of using basic medical equipment and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- CPR certification preferred but not required
- Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced caregiving environment
