Role Description
This is an independant contractor associate brokee position with Desert Meadows Real Estate, offering a remote (work from home) & hybrid (meeting clients/showing properties/listing properties) environment. While the role is based in Albuquerque, NM, the office is a virtual office not a physical office.
Looking for someone interested in working both independantly with their own clients/leads and also interested in teaming up with me on some of my clients/leads for additional income/business. Qualifying broker license or willingness to obtain a plus.
The Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing and executing contracts, maintaining client relationships, coordinating property showings, and supporting the negotiation process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in property market research, sales strategies, and contract negotiation
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build trustworthy client relationships
- Active real estate license in the state of New Mexico
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Understanding of local real estate trends in Albuquerque or nearby markets
