Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to identify their financial protection needs.
- Educate clients on life insurance and other financial solutions.
- Conduct in-person or virtual appointments over zoom.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Follow up with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development programs.
- Work toward personal and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- No High school diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Must be willing to obtain ( We sponsor the license fees) or currently hold a Life Insurance License.
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No Felonies or probation
