Job Summary

Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our clientele.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products.
- Educate customers about different strains, product types, and consumption methods.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed.
- Conduct product demos to enhance customer knowledge and promote sales.
- Supervise junior staff members to ensure compliance with company policies and exceptional service standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inventory management and sales strategies.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory tracking and sales reporting.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Experience in sales within a retail environment, particularly in the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to customers.
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and sales analysis.
