We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Listing Coordinator to join our growing real estate team.
This role combines front desk reception, administrative support, and listing coordination. You will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while helping keep our office and real estate listings running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
