Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for CDL Drivers based in Chicago, IL and Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities include operating trucks for the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Routine tasks involve loading and unloading vehicles, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. Drivers will play a critical role in upholding the company's reputation for reliable and professional service.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A license and proven experience in truck driving
- Knowledge of and adherence to DOT regulations
- Ability to operate and drive various truck types competently
- Strong commitment to safety and maintaining clean driving records
- Willingness to work on-site and availability for 24/7 transportation services
- Prior experience transporting materials such as containers, reefer, hazmat, or tankers is a plus
