Prior collision center or body shop experience is preferred and training will be provided as neccessary.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, customer-focused, and able to learn new systems quickly. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and assist them in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and updates
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle insurance paperwork and assist with parts, materials, and other claim-related documentation
- Accurately input and update customer and vehicle information in management systems
- Ensure all customer files are complete, accurate, and organized
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean, organized front office and reception area
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and using new computer systems
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Prior collision center or body shop experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Automotive, collision repair, or insurance experience is preferred
