DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Document Imaging Specialist is a fulltime, in-office, 3-month temporary position. This position pays $16.00 per hour, and the hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is responsible for all aspects related to handling documents coming into and going out of DMBA as well as picking up mail from the Post Office. This includes but is not limited to receiving inbound mail, mail security check, package handling, sorting mail, batching documents, scanning the batched documents, and indexing documents. They also perform internal mail runs and prepare outbound mail.
Requirements:
· High School graduate or equivalent
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Basic computer skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to maintain focus while completing repetitive tasks
