This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, explaining roofing solutions, creating estimates, and managing follow-ups with customers. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on roofing industry trends and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads, manage client accounts, and close sales
- Knowledge of roofing systems and hail damage insurance claims is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Proficient in standard office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Colorado Springs, CO
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
