Desapro is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team! The Supply Chain Coordinator supports end-to-end supply chain operations at Desapro by combining purchasing execution, inventory control, and material flow responsibilities. This role ensures timely procurement, accurate inventory management, and efficient movement of materials to support production and customer delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Monitor open POs, confirm pricing and lead times, and follow up with suppliers
- Maintain ERP data accuracy and ensure accurate inventory transactions
- Identify excess and obsolete inventory
- Maintain FIFO and location control
- Receive and verify materials
- Support put-away, picking and staging
- Maintain labeling and traceability
- Assist with outbound vendor logistics
- Perform timely pickup and delivery of parts, materials, and supplies from local suppliers to support production schedules and other operational needs as required
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in purchasing roles required. Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
- 2 years experience with an ERP system, experience with Made to Manage a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency with excel
