COMPANY BACKGROUND

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings
- Set up and operate machines such as drill press, grinders, riveters.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies, per customer specifications / blueprints.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic measurements using tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, regularly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. of product
