DIRECTOR OF ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT: PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PROGRAM
OVERVIEW:
DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Founded in 1965, the 550-acre suburban campus is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and about 90 miles southwest of New York City. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Enrollment Management for the Physician Assistant Program oversees the recruitment and admissions process for the graduate and undergraduate Medical Studies programs. This position also provides oversight for the program assessment standards regarding applicants and matriculants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- 2-3 years of related experience in a higher education environment or customer service-based industry
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, balance competing responsibilities, and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Dedicated to the mission of the PA Program, College of Health Professions, and the University
- Occasional attendance at Program functions outside of standard work hours
