Desai Plastic Surgery of Beverly Hills is a boutique Plastic Surgery practice in the heart of the Beverly Hills Triangle, located in the Wells Fargo Building at 433 North Camden Drive in Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Desai is a Harvard educated, double board certified, double fellowship trained, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
We are in search of a highly motived and organized person to join our team. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a compassionate attitude, and familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures. Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality patient care while working in a professional and supportive environment.
Duties
- Comfortable making 100-200 warm sales calls/emails/texts per day to patients who are interested in Plastic Surgery
- Presenting in-person consults with a 4-5 figure quote for Plastic Surgery procedures
- Assist in processing CareCredit, Alphaeon, or PatientFi
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Maintain organized files and ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing procedures and insurance claims processing as needed
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone or electronic communication, providing excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with medical office software and EHR and CRM software systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Office experience that demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service excellence
