About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for the property through proactive sales efforts, local market engagement, and strong account development.
This role is focused on generating new business, building relationships within the local community, and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will work closely with the centralized remote sales team to support lead management and conversion, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic hospitality environment where visibility in the market and consistent follow-through are key to success.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through proactive outside sales efforts and local prospecting
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key accounts
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to generate consistent revenue
Partner with the remote sales team to support lead management and conversions
Actively network within the community to grow market presence and visibility
Support and execute a strategic sales recovery plan for the property
Learn and implement DHG sales processes, systems, and reporting standards
Track performance, activity, and results to continuously improve outcomes

Hotel sales experience preferred (entry-level to junior experience welcome)
Familiarity with Delphi and/or Opera Cloud is a plus
Hospitality Sales Experience - 2 years preferably.
