What You'll Do
- Keep guest rooms spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, following brand and company cleanliness standards.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Move small furniture to clean underneath and behind no dust bunny left behind
- Replenish amenities like soaps, towels, and paper products to keep rooms fully stocked.
- Support laundry operations as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- Collect and dispose of trash and debris properly.
- Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness metrics and quality checks.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment because teamwork makes everything better.
What You Bring
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work
- Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Ability to understand cleaning product labels and follow safety instructions
- Willingness to work weekends or overtime when needed
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks like bending or reaching
- High school diploma or GED preferred
