What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll help shape the entire guest experience by:
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Making check-ins/check-outs smooth, accurate, and stress-free
- Communicating clearly in person and over the phone
- Learning our rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations
- Assisting management with occupancy, rate strategy, and daily reports
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
- Following safety and security procedures
- Handling guest questions, needs, and concerns with empathy
- Stepping into “Manager on Duty” responsibilities when needed
What You Bring
- A naturally warm, service-first attitude
- 2–3 years of customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, professional presence during busy moments
- Computer literacy and comfort learning PMS systems
- Flexibility AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma required; hospitality/business education is a plus
- Bonus points if you’re multilingual!
