Responsibilities:
- Manage all furniture and material purchasing from approval through delivery
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor lead times
- Process and track purchase orders in Studio Designer
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and delivery logistics
- Schedule and manage installations
- Handle damages, claims, and replacements
- Coordinate project photography and styling logistics
- Maintain project procurement schedules
- Support internal project teams with status updates
- Assist with inventory and FF&E tracking
Qualifications:
- 2 years in interior design procurement, FF&E, or related field
- Experience with Studio Designer preferred
- Strong vendor management skills
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
- Comfortable managing many moving parts
- Strong communication skills
