As a member of the Des Moines Buccaneers Promo Crew, you have a wide range of responsibilities. From assisting on-ice mini-games on gameday to attending community events in the offseason. This position is great for somebody with a passion for working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

- Assist with set up and tear down of the arena
- Assist with the execution of partnership activations
- Interaction with fans that enhances their experience at the game
- Adjust to changes in-game plans on the fly
- Attend a number of different events throughout the community, advocating for the Buccaneers
- Build the Buccaneers brand by assisting with giveaways and promotions at non-game events
- At events, set up and operate and tear down informational booths, mini-games, and all other event equipment
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Willingness to interact with fans and other members of the community
- Reliable transportation anywhere in the Des Moines Metro area
- Some knowledge of hockey, the Buccaneers, and/or sports promotions or marketing
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays as needed for games or events
