-Structural Designer (Entry Level) – Revit/AutoCAD
We're a structural engineering firm based in Newark, Ohio looking to bring on someone early in their career who's hungry to learn and ready to grow. You don't need to have all the answers — you need to show up, pay attention, and care about doing the work right.
What we're looking for:
- Some exposure to Revit and/or AutoCAD (coursework, personal projects, or internship experience counts)
- Background in structural engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field — degree in progress or completed
- Curiosity about how buildings and structures actually work
- Willingness to learn structural drawing standards, detailing, and BIM workflows
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and coachable
No prior professional structural experience required — we'll teach you the right way to do it.

Structural Designer – Revit/AutoCAD
We're a structural engineering firm that values technical competence, clear communication, and people who take ownership of their work. If you know your way around a Revit model and understand what you're drawing — not just how to draw it — we'd like to talk.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Revit, preferably with experience on cloud-workshared models
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Background in structural engineering or a closely related field (degree or significant hands-on experience)
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and details
- Familiarity with steel, concrete, and wood framing systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
Experience with BIM coordination is a plus.
