Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Plant Maintenance Technician to join our Asphalt Plant team. This role is responsible for supporting plant operations by performing routine maintenance, maintaining plant grounds, assisting with site preparation, clean-up and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
No Experience Necessary! We will train on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on plant grounds and equipment.
- Provide ground support during daily plant operations.
- Assist with site preparation and other labor tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
