What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager at Findlay Chrysler, you'll do more than manage a desk.
You'll lead and develop a sales team, drive performance, coach your people to higher levels of success, and maximize finance and front-end profitability. We operate under a one-person sales model, so strong desk management and finance experience are essential.
What We're Looking For
- Proven automotive sales leadership experience
- Strong desk management and finance (F&I) background
- A natural leader who holds people accountable while building a winning culture
- High-energy, competitive, and results-driven
- Someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and help us continue our rapid growth
- CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience is preferred, but exceptional automotive leaders from other brands are encouraged to apply
