Position: Parts Sales Representative
Location: Derr Equipment - Savannah, Missouri
Reports To: Parts Manager

Essential Job Functions
- Assists internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
- Prepares parts order quotes.
- Establishes parts availability and place parts orders.
- Receive and deliver parts.
- Maintains accurate inventories and organization of products.
- Stock inventory and assist with merchandise displays.
- Match invoices to packing lists.
- Maintain proficiency with electronic business systems and other computer programs.
Qualifications
- Ability to respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to demands and requests from customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer relations and phone skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Have strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of DIS Business systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Case IH and Kubota equipment and parts is preferred, but not required.
