4854 - 332 - Sterilization Technician
1st Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday - 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
FORKLIFT / WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
Receive and verify incoming materials against bill of lading, packing list, invoices, or other records. Has responsibility for the movement of products throughout the sterilization process. Monitor the sterilization process for deviations from process specifications. Complete all necessary documentation and date entry in an accurate and timely manner. Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions. Prepare outgoing products for shipment to designated facilities. Has responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of forklifts.
Conduct operations in accordance with safety requirements.
Participate in all required safety training, including: Lockout/Tag out Program, Emergency Evacuation Plan, Hazard Communication Program, Medical Surveillance Program, Personnel Monitoring, Respiratory Program and CPR/First Aid. After training, employee must understand and prove proficiency using the following safety equipment: Self Contained Breathing apparatus and Protective Clothing.
