About the Role
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing team as we bring innovative products to market. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to gain exposure across the full product lifecycle — from market research and data analysis to product launches and field support.
What You’ll Do
- Support product lifecycle management (PLM) from concept through launch
- Assist with new product development, test markets, and launches
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor reviews
- Gather and analyze data to support forecasting and sales insights
- Create and present marketing concepts and strategic insights
- Work with systems such as Salesforce, GHX, MicroStrategy, and JD Edwards
- Provide phone and field support to sales teams
- Travel with sales representatives to understand customers and markets
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing field preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to travel
