Global medical device manufacturer, DeRoyal, is seeking a detail-oriented Membership Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Powell, Tennessee. The Membership Coordinator supports the accurate administration and maintenance of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) membership data. This role ensures data integrity, contract compliance, and effective communication across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate GPO membership records including additions, terminations, tier changes, and updates.
- Validate incoming membership rosters and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process membership tier changes and communicate updates to distributors and stakeholders.
- Load and maintain monthly GPO membership lists in JDE.
- Investigate and resolve membership data errors.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal GPO membership questions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Finance teams.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports related to membership data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree required
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Access preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
