The role would be focused on the production side of the business:

Jobsite leadership

Remodel sequencing

Framing and construction problem-solving

Subcontractor coordination

Schedule management

Quality control

Change order awareness

Client communication

Punch-list completion

Field systems and process improvement

Over the last three years, DeRo Renovations has averaged approximately $283,000 in annual gross profit with an average gross margin over 40%.

That performance has been achieved while the owner remains heavily involved in day-to-day project management, field coordination, and production oversight.

The opportunity is to bring in a strong field leader who can help increase production capacity, protect gross margin, improve job flow, reduce owner dependency, and help build a more scalable operation.

For the right person, the structure could include:

A strong base compensation package

Gross-profit-based performance incentives
