Absolute Aesthetics is seeking a driven, polished Sales Consultant with front desk capabilities to join our growing luxury med spa team in Plantation. This is a hybrid, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a commission-driven environment and loves helping clients feel confident through aesthetic and wellness services. We are especially interested in candidates with recent commission-based sales experience in a med spa or wellness setting. The right person brings a consultative sales mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver an elevated, concierge-level client experience.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Consultation
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client goals and recommend treatments, memberships, and retail products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using a consultative, relationship-focused approach
- Utilize the CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain expert knowledge of services, skincare products, and promotions
CRM & Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, preferences, and treatment history
- Build strong B2C relationships through personalized follow-up and loyalty engagement
- Support B2B partnerships with vendors, referral sources, and local businesses
- Analyze client data and reports to identify sales and retention opportunities
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional welcome
- Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payments accurately
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Keep reception and retail areas clean, organized, and brand-aligned
Event Planning & Marketing Support
- Coordinate in-house events, VIP nights, and promotional initiatives
- Support marketing efforts including social media and seasonal campaigns
- Represent the practice at community and networking events
Administrative & Team Support
- Assist with retail inventory and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure seamless client care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience in aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or health/wellness
- Recent commission-based med spa or wellness sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM/ EMR systems
- Front desk or reception experience in a spa, salon, or medical office is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Event or marketing support experience is a bonus
- Professional presence and passion for aesthetics and client care
