We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team! What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression that reflects our brand.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments to maintain a full, optimized calendar for our providers.
- Provide product and service knowledge to patients, assist with skincare purchases, and help guide them toward treatment plans aligned with their aesthetic goals.
- Proactively manage leads and patient follow-ups using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication, smooth patient flow, and a five-star patient experience.
- Collect and post payments for aesthetic procedures, packages, and product sales.
- Entering patient demographics into the practice management system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail areas.
- Stay informed on current promotions, treatment offerings, and skincare lines.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes, obtain necessary consents, and ensure accurate patient documentation.
- Confirm and document patient communications, no-shows, and reschedules as needed.
- Contribute to a team environment that prioritizes goal setting, patient retention, and monthly sales targets.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and the aesthetics industry.
- Confident in sales and excited to work in a performance-focused environment.
- Experienced with CRMs, EMRs, and scheduling software or eager to learn.
- Skilled in multitasking, with the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a med spa, salon/spa, or aesthetics-focused healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with aesthetic services such as injectables, lasers, facials, and skincare products.
- Comfortable with goal tracking and participating in sales campaigns or promotions.
