Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify and target prospective clients in the clinical research sector. Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and expand the client base.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and other industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and explore partnership opportunities.
- Lead Business Development Initiatives: Design and execute comprehensive business development plans, including attending conferences, leveraging industry networks, and closing high-value deals.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value and competitive advantages of our clinical research services to potential clients.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales within the clinical research industry, focusing on pharmaceuticals or CROs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a strong knowledge of clinical research processes and industry trends.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and deliver revenue growth.
