Imagine working across luxury spa locations nationwide, traveling to new cities, meeting clients every day, and turning every opportunity into results. At our company, we handle the client traffic and logistics—your focus is on connecting, selling, and growing your income.
This role offers a $3,500 monthly base plus a tiered commission (3%, 5%, 7%), with strong performers earning six figures. All work-related travel is covered, including flights, lodging, rental cars, and fuel. You’ll work 6 days per week visiting different locations and learning from each team.
As a Travel Sales Manager, you’ll guide clients through our spa services, recommend packages and upgrades, and consistently hit performance goals. You’ll adapt to new locations quickly, track your results, and implement strategies that drive revenue.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the motivation to perform at a high level. High performers may be considered for leadership or remote roles in the future.
