Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.
• Collect patient information and verify details accurately.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Utilize software systems such as EMA for patient records management.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers regarding appointments and procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff efficiently.
