- Perform daily cash reconciliation and posting
- Process and support accounts payable activities
- Enter, review, and monitor credit card transactions and employee expense reports
- Prepare and maintain various account reconciliations
- Assist with month end and periodic financial reporting tasks
- Provide direct administrative and accounting support to the Controller
- Communicate professionally with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
- Adhere to internal controls, policies, and reporting deadlines
- Support additional accounting projects and duties as assigned
- MUST live near-- Fort Walton Beach, FL ***
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting systems; QuickBooks Desktop experience is a strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred.
