What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Representative position at Dermatology & Skin Health?
Dermatology & Skin Health is seeking enthusiastic candidates for our Front Desk Representative role. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail and phone skills with the ability to multitask. Dermatology, Medical office experience, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Call Center experience is highly desirable. Job Duties include:
- Greets patients, registering and scheduling as appropriate
- Answers calls and routes clinical calls where appropriate
- Assists patients with necessary paperwork as needed
- Maintains work area and lobby in a neat and orderly manner
- Maintains an understanding of services provided by providers and locations
- Maintain appointment computer scheduling in accordance with office scheduling policies
- Manage calls from patients by providing and gathering information to assist them in their dermatological service needs
- Interacts with dermatology staff and other support personnel to make sure information flows efficiently
- Escalates question/issues to appropriate resources as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule Detail:
Wednesdays are a later start and end time, with shift ending at 6pm or 7pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
