Dermatology and Skin Health is an expanding medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (40 hours per week) to join our team.
This position will be based out of our Londonderry, NH office and will require the flexibility to support our other offices within the region, including Derry, Bedford, and Nashua, as operational needss arise. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between these locations when needed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Stock, sanitize, and prepare examination rooms.
- Room patients and obtain pertinent information regarding their visit.
- Prepare patients and assist providers with examinations and procedures, including biopsies, excisions, ED&Cs, lightbox treatments, PDT, and suture removals.
- Assist providers with cosmetic procedures, including Botox and laser treatments.
- Accurately document patient information in the EMR, including HPI, current medications, allergies, and other relevant clinical information.
- Work collaboratively as part of the clinical team to support an average patient volume of up to 30 patients per day.
- Scribe for providers using EMA.
- Input templates and complete chart documentation as required by the provider.
- Process prescription refill requests and submit prior authorizations.
- Maintain appropriate clinical supplies and assist with other duties necessary to support efficient patient care and office operations.
Qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to work primarily from the Londonderry office while supporting the Derry, Bedford, and Nashua locations as needed.
- Prior experience working in a medical office; 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred; proficiency with EMA is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also completing assigned responsibilities independently.
- Ability to understand and consistently follow strict sterile techniques and clinical protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and compassionate communication skills when interacting with patients, providers, and colleagues.
- Commitment to consistent punctuality, attendance, and reliability.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing practice and provide support across multiple office locations within the region.
Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
