Medical Assistant – DCM Skin Solutions
Location: Muncie, IN (with regular travel to Marion, IN) Type: Full-Time (Approx. 36 hours/week)

Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience OR current Medical Assistant Certification.
- Travel Requirement: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to our satellite clinic in Marion, IN every Friday and every other Monday.
- Skills: Experience with Mod Med (EMR) is a plus, but we are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Assist providers with medical exams, rooming patients, intake, and triage.
- Procedures: Perform blood draws, administer injections, and assist with various dermatological medical procedures.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate charting, handle pharmacy communications, and manage prior authorizations.
- Lab Coordination: Route pathology and laboratory specimens and provide clear education to patients regarding their care.
- Maintenance: Ensure exam rooms are stocked, cleaned, and that medical instruments are properly sterilized via autoclave.
