About the Role
Your primary “home base” will be our Los Alamitos office.
Our Agoura Hills location will require occasional, as-needed oversight only—not daily commuting.
You will oversee the full spectrum of practice operations across both sites, elevating workflows, patient experiences, referral relationships, and team performance. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, empathetic, and growth-oriented.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Direct day-to-day operations of the Los Alamitos office.
- Provide supportive, occasional oversight for Agoura Hills.
- Optimize clinical flow, scheduling, and administrative processes.
- Implement and refine systems that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Team Leadership & HR
- Lead, motivate, and mentor administrative and support staff.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and HR compliance.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff culture.
Financial & Revenue Cycle Oversight
- Oversee billing, coding coordination, collections, and RCM processes.
- Analyze KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with providers to support strong financial and operational performance.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, MIPS, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain policies, improve protocols, and uphold a safe and efficient practice environment.
Marketing & Referral Relations
- Strengthen relationships with primary care referral sources and local healthcare networks.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase practice visibility and patient growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience (dermatology strongly preferred but not required).
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of medical billing/collections, EMR systems, and healthcare workflows.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary range of $75,000–$95,000, depending on experience and leadership capability, plus a structured performance-based bonus program.
Bonuses are tied to measurable operational, financial, and patient-experience metrics, offering significant upside potential as the practice continues to expand.
This model is designed to reward effectiveness, accountability, leadership, and long-term contribution.

Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends or special-project support as needed
