Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an LPN/MA located in Lake Charles, LA. The LPN/MA will be responsible for providing patient care, including taking medical histories, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and performing routine lab tests. The LPN/MA will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and ensuring the exam rooms are prepared for patient appointments.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills: patient care, administering medications, and performing lab tests
- Administrative skills: maintaining patient records and preparing exam rooms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- Experience in dermatology or a related field is a plus
