About the Role

Our Flint dermatology practice is expanding, and we’re seeking a skilled PA-C with at least 2–3 years of dermatology experience to help care for our growing patient base. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, physician-led team that combines high-quality medicine with efficient, supportive operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dermatologic care including general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with diverse skin conditions
- Perform biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other in-office procedures
- Build lasting patient relationships through consistent follow-up and education
- Collaborate with dermatologists and MAs to ensure smooth, efficient clinic flow
- Provide patient education on skin health, prevention, and treatment options
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in dermatology

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an ARC-PA–accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
- Active Michigan license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum 2–3 years of dermatology experience required
- Excellent clinical judgment and procedural skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
