What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Medical Assistant position at Dermatologist Medical Group of North County, Inc.?
Dermatologist Medical Group of North County, one of the premier dermatology practices with three locations across greater San Diego area is looking for back office Medical Assistants for its Oceanside office.
Required experience:
- Medical Assistant Diploma
- 200 hours of externship experience in medical office environment, dermatology experience is a plus
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work side by side with our providers during clinic, and scribe patient history, exam, findings and treatment plan in our EMR system.
- Apply medical assisting skills, assist with cosmetic, non-cosmetic procedures and surgeries
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Travel between three office locations within Northern San Diego County when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
