About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Injector to join our San Juan Capistrano team. The ideal candidate is a skilled provider with strong clinical expertise and a warm, professional approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable and medical aesthetic treatments (Botox®, dermal fillers, etc.)
- Ensure patient safety, proper documentation, consent, and protocols
- Provide professional consultations, skin assessments, and treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with warmth and professionalism
- Collaborate with the MedSpa team to ensure seamless operations
- Actively build and maintain a loyal patient base
- Maintain treatment rooms per safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in training, continuing education, and marketing events
- Mentor and support new team members
- Uphold professional standards of appearance, conduct, and service
- Active and unrestricted NP, ARNP, or PA license in California
- Valid HIPAA and OSHA certifications
- Specialized training/certification in injectables
- Minimum 1 years of experience with medical aesthetics injectables (preferred 2–3 years)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Pay: $75–$80 per hour commission
