Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring efficient and friendly customer service. Must be highly enthusiastic, well spoken, excited, and outgoing. This position involves a high degree of sales, and being very good at sales is required (whether you have actual sales experience or are just good at it). It is this portion of the job, where commissions are paid, that a good candidate can make $30 plus per hour.
Requirements:
Experience running a front desk
Excellent computer skills: General, Microsoft, Google, etc
Excellent Software Skills: You should either know or have the ability to quickly master basic scheduling software, and CRM, lead management software (Hubspot, Active Campaign, etc)
Highly organized, Dependable and Industrious. Drama free.
Mature and responsible.
Self starter "get it done" personality.
Being able to multi task, and knowing how to do things in the order of their importance.
There are several hours of telephonic follow up with warm prospects each day.
Knowledge of mass texting, emailing programs, is excellent
Any marketing skills or experience, graphic design (canva) social media postings, FB instagram, tiktok, is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and direct to appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a medical office setting
- Strong data entry skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and medical receptionist duties
- Knowledge of order entry processes
- Ability to work with QuickBooks or similar software
- Computer proficiency to manage computerized systems effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
