We’re looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Coordinator to support and manage daily international shipping and trade compliance activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all import/export operations meet U.S. regulatory requirements while keeping shipments moving efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments in compliance with U.S. Customs and trade regulations
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including commercial invoices, export manifests, and regulatory filings
- Verify HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classifications and country of origin for accuracy
- Maintain accurate and auditable records within inventory and compliance systems
- Support weekly and monthly reporting, including export summaries and compliance tracking
- Partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments
- Monitor shipment timelines, resolve delays, and ensure documentation aligns with export declarations
- Assist with trade compliance audits, corrections, and SOP documentation
- Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in import/export, trade compliance, or logistics
- Working knowledge of U.S. export regulations, CBP requirements, and ACE portal
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with bonded shipments/movements preferred
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP or Descartes is a plus
Work Environment
- Primary office location in Surprise, AZ
- Regular travel required to Casa Grande, AZ (mileage reimbursed travel incentives)
