As the Associate Director, Project Manager, you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Professional Services,What You’ll DoEffectively applies Derivative Path methodology and enforces implementation standards.Execute project tasks integrating the derivative portfolios and business processes of clients into Derivative Path platforms.Proactively drive full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solution, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product deliverables.Support the client relationship from onboarding, implementation, and client satisfaction.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.Knowledge and application of the Software Implementation Lifecycle from Pre-Sales to Transition to Customer Support/Success.Knowledge and application of Project Management software tools – Guide CX or similar PM tracking tool, File-Sharing application(s) and RAID log and Issue Tracking frameworks.Work closely with the client success team on the analysis and resolution of client inquiries related to derivatives trading, Derivative Path platform usage, and client business processes.Serve as a first response contact for both client and internal operations-related inquiries.Develop knowledge base documentation related to Derivative Path platforms and procedures.Establish and manage client expectations.Develop lasting relationships with client personnel to enhance client experience.Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.QualificationsBaccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance or relevant work experiencePMP certification a plus, but not required.3 years of active Project Management experience with software solutions in Finance or Treasury markets.Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and engagement economics (profitability). Knowledge of Financial Derivative structures and elements – Vanilla/ Amortizing/Embedded/Structured Swaps, Cap/Floor, Swaptions with Derivative Path EDGE fin-tech and/or other Risk Management software for Derivative Path client onboarding and implementations.Understanding of Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange, Commodity asset classes as it pertains to transaction capture and the relevant economic details for Front, Middle, and Back Office processing and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.Comfortability with data analysis and use of productivity tools like Excel.Willingness and ability to travel, as needed.LocationRemote, NYC, IL or CABenefitsBase salary, equity, and annual bonus as part of the compensation package40 hours of sick leave18 days of PTOPaid parental leave401K contribution at 3%Competitive health benefits including HSA & FSA options, life insurance, and short-term disabilityThe expected salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity.
