Position OverviewDeribit is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing diversified investment portfolios. The role aims to achieve risk-adjusted returns through precise analysis and strategic decision-making. Cryptocurrency experience is not required, but candidates must have extensive experience in traditional investment management with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize multiple investment portfolios to achieve defined return and risk objectives
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, market dynamics, and industry developments to support investment decisions
- Develop and implement investment strategies while continuously monitoring portfolio performance
- Prepare professional investment reports and performance analyses for management and team review
- Assist in risk management processes, ensuring portfolios comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, research institutions, and financial service providers
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields preferred
- 10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or related roles
- Proficiency in traditional financial products (stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc.) and investment analysis techniques
- Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Cryptocurrency or blockchain experience is a plus but not required
